The following policies outline the rights and permissions granted to authors, readers, and third parties.

1. Author Rights
  •    Authors retain the copyright of their work without restrictions.
  •    Authors grant IJLEES the right to publish, distribute, and preserve the article in print and electronic formats.
  •   Authors are free to:
    •     Deposit their work in institutional or subject repositories.
    •     Share preprints and postprints on personal websites, repositories, or social media platforms.
    •     Reuse and distribute their published work, provided proper citation of the original publication in IJLEES is included.
2. Open Access License
  •    All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) License, unless otherwise specified.
  •    This license permits anyone to:
    •     Read, download, copy, distribute, print, and reuse the article for any lawful purpose.
    •     Create derivative works or adaptations, including translations, provided that the original authors and source are properly credited.
  •    Authors choosing to publish under a different Creative Commons license (e.g., CC BY-NC, CC BY-ND) must inform the Editorial Office at submission.
3. Third-Party Material

  •    Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reuse figures, tables, images, or any copyrighted material from other sources.
  •    Any third-party content included in a manuscript must be accompanied by appropriate credit lines and proof of permission, if required.
  •    If third-party material is not covered under a Creative Commons license, reuse must comply with the original copyright holder’s policies.
4. Commercial Use

  •    The CC BY license allows commercial use of published articles, provided the source is appropriately acknowledged.
  •    IJLEES does not charge additional fees for commercial reprints or distribution of open access articles.
5. Reader Rights

  •    All readers have free and unlimited access to the full content of the journal without subscription fees or registration barriers.
  •    Articles may be freely shared, cited, and used for educational, research, and professional purposes in line with the CC BY license.
6. Archiving and Preservation

  •    Published articles are archived in digital repositories to ensure long-term access and preservation.
