Dr. Ajay Pratap Singh Rathor is serving as an Assistant Professor at MLV Textile and Engineering College, Bhilwara, Rajasthan, India. He specializes in geotechnical engineering and computational modeling, with a focus on ground improvement, numerical analysis, finite element modelling, soil–structure interaction, and the integration of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning into civil engineering applications.

Over the years, Dr. Rathor has built a career that bridges academic excellence and industry practice. He has worked as a design consultant with multinational companies, contributing his expertise in geotechnical analysis and engineering solutions, while simultaneously nurturing the next generation of engineers through his teaching.
